Como es costumbre, durante la Comic Con se hizo la entrega de los Eisner Awards, los premios más importantes en la idustria del Comic y que llevan su nombre en honor al artista Will Eisner. En esta ocasión se dio a conocer que la novela gráfica del difunto Eisner A CONTRACT WITH GOD AND OTHER TENEMENTS, acerca de la vida en el Bronx, será llevada al cine.
